White Clay Challenge in August

The annual "White Clay Challenge" is held on the last Saturday of August every year..

The grueling 21km half-marathon's route is from Ocean View Hotel in Coffee Bay to the Hole in the Wall, and back to White Clay.

White Clay Resort is situated 1,5 km south of Coffee Bay on the new “Hole in the Wall” road on the Wild Coast, nestled between the cliffs and only 100 m from an own private beach and bay.  The setting is unrivalled with vast, rolling hills and rocky cliffs shearing off into the ocean.
