Seacastle Guesthouse (on the beach)

Renovations at Seacastle Guesthouse are going full-steam ahead. I'll be posting pictures to show you exactly what it looked like when we started off. Progress made to date hereof etc.

I would like to find out if you have space for a group of 12 people for the 11-12 of December 2011 and what are the rates.

Unfortunately you don't say how many people you are looking at. Seacastle Guesthouse is fully booked until end of January 2012 but I do have availability at a place called Linga Futi Holiday Cottage. It is a 6-sleeper beach house and our rates are R200 pppn. Children 0 - 4 (no charge), 5 - 10 (half price) and 11 and over (full rate). I rent out 4 x places in PSJ and this is the only availability I have for that period.

Kindly let me know if this will suffice for you or if you need a bigger place.

I was unable to see pics and details of Seacastle for some reason,can you advise where I can see more visual details on house, together with "things to do" around PSJ to keep my two grand children and adults entertained in and around PSJ.

Our rates are as follows :

R200 pppn (out of season)
R250 pppn (in season)
Children 0 - 4 (no charge)
Children 5 - 10 (half price)
Children 11 and over (full rate)

The only open dates for December are from 1 - 22 December 2012 and January is 8 - 31 January 2013.

Kindly note that we do have apartments next to Seacastle Guesthouse which we are renting out as follows:

R125 pppn (out of season)
R175 pppn (in season)

There are 2 2-bedroomed apartments and 1 x 1-bedroomed apartment. Each apartment has a fully kitted kitchen with a gas stove and oven,fridge/freezer, chest freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, bin, veggie rack. The lounge has a lounge suite, TV, DSTV decoder with a commercial bouquet, coffee tables, etc.

The bedrooms are furnished according to the size of the group eg 2, 3 or 4 x beds per room.

There's also a balcony with a portable braai, table and chairs.

Which place. As I recall you've asked for availability towards end Aug - beginning September and I advised that all the places are fully booked for that period. I'm hosting a wedding and have booked all the guests in at all 5 x guesthouses.
